Weekend RentalsWeekend rentals are available in time slots or you can reserve the space for the entire day.
You may choose to rent the space on a weekend from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Our rate for either time block would be $450.
If you'd prefer to have the space for the entire day you can gain access as early as 8:00 AM. Clean up must be completed by 11:00 PM. Our rate for a full day rental is $700 for entire day.
Weekday rentals are $65 per hour with a three-hour minimum rental.
What's Included?
• Exclusive use of the event space
• Up to Ten 5 ft round tables, 80 chairs, four 6 ft rectangle tables for use
• Wi-fi access and Smart TV with HDMI cable
• Access to mini fridge, two powder rooms, and bar top
Save the Date
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to your event unless other arrangements have been made.

Can I host a workshop or event here?
Absolutely! Our space isn’t just for celebrations. If you’re a local artist, maker, creator, or business owner looking to teach a workshop, host a class, lead a creative night, meet with clients, or bring people together around something you love, our space is available for that too. Come share what you do, teach your craft, and connect with your community!
Can I bring my own outside food and drinks?
You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, including beer and mimosas. You’re also free to choose any caterer you’d like—we want you to make the event your own!
Is the space wheelchair accessible?
We offer a private entrance on the north side of our building, complete with a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. The spacious entryway also makes loading and unloading a breeze, with plenty of room to easily roll in carts, decor, equipment, and event supplies.
How many people can The River Room accommodate?
Our space can comfortably accommodate up to 80 guests, depending on the type of event and setup. We also have tables and chairs available that can seat up to 80 guests, the tables and chairs are included in your rental.
