Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint is one of the easiest paints to use for DIY projects. There are no VOCs, so you can paint indoors. Dixie Belle Paint coverage is amazing and the paint is self leveling. You may see brush strokes at first, but as the paint dries they will level out. If there are some brush strokes still showing after it dries, our finishing pads will take care of it with a quick buff. The finish will be smooth as butter. It doesn’t have a chalky feel like other chalk paints, and it doesn’t require wax or any type of sealant. The finish is fantastic just the way it is. *A Dixie Belle top coat would be recommended if the piece will be used a lot (example: top of a coffee table, night stands, chairs, etc.)
